This head is 25mm lower than the standard SmartTrack rudder head and is particularly suitable for boats whose stern runs close to the water.
A clever mechanism reinforces the uphaul so that the rudder blade can be lifted from the vertical position without much effort.
The downhaul is replaced by an internal spring, eliminating the need for a downhaul line.
A variable system allows the rudder to be attached either to the stern fitting or by means of a bolt/sleeve in the hull. As a result, this rudder can cover a very wide range of boat types.
The use of rudder blades of different sizes is possible.
